The people behind Miiwa

Built by a mother and son.

Miiwa was created by Adina and Jonathan Galis, with backgrounds in communication, marketing and technical product development. Two different disciplines, united in one product.

Why Miiwa

Companies do not need more AI noise.

They need systems that understand their work, respect their decisions and can be used by people who should not have to learn prompting to get value from AI.

Miiwa was built from that shared conviction: AI should move from loose chats into concrete tools that can be built, governed, repeated and improved over time.

Two perspectives

01 / 02Co-founder · Market, language and strategy

Adina Galis

Adina has 25+ years of experience in communications and marketing. She keeps Miiwa close to the work companies actually do: how people communicate, make decisions and protect their brand. She makes complex technology understandable, useful and relevant.

02 / 02Co-founder · Architecture and code

Jonathan Galis

Jonathan builds the technical foundation: agent architecture, workflow, integrations, governance and the product experience that makes complex systems simple to use every day. He connects code and operations, making agents governed, repeatable and safe.

It makes the platform both technically uncompromising and fluent in how real work happens.

What we build by

We move AI from informal prompting to systems that can be built, governed, repeated and delivered as concrete tools.

How we work

Close to the work. Close to the people using it.

01

Real work first

We start with workflows, material, systems and decisions — not with a model or a prompt.

02

AI acts. People decide.

Agents can carry much of the work. Actions, risk and responsibility must remain visible and governed.

03

We build alongside you

The first agents are not handed over from a distance. Jonathan and Adina work directly with your team throughout the first release.

Founding sprint

We build the first 15–25 agents with you.

Over 2–4 intensive weeks, we learn your language, systems, decisions and bottlenecks. Then we design, connect and test the first agent library with your knowledge, brand and rules built in.
